Anti-Mosquito Campaign Intensified in Kemayoran

The Kemayoran Sub-District is intensifying an anti-mosquito campaign (PSN) in an effort to suppress the circulation of dengue fever case in Kemayoran area.

We hold the campaign routinely every single week and it is a priority program to surpress the dengue case

Kemayoran Sub-District Head, Herry Purnama expressed the cadres of the wiggler hunter (known as jumantik) assisted by offiers of community health center (puskesmas), sub-district, urban village, RT, RW and family welfare movement (PKK) are routinely giving a direction to local residents and checking the bathtub which is commonly used as aides aegypti mosquito breeding.

Dengue Fever Sufferers Decreasing in C. Jakarta

“We hold the campaign routinely every single week and it is a priority program to surpress the dengue case,” he uttered, Friday (4/3).

According to the latest data, the number of dengue patients along January-April is reaching 46 cases. They are detected in some urban villages, namely Gunung Sahari (6 cases), Kemayoran (2 cases), Kebon Kosong (9 cases), Serdang (7 cases), Harapan Mulya (5 cases), Cempaka Baru (11 cases), Utan Panjang (3 cases) and Sumur Batu (3 cases).
